A new, independent email service
EmailServeres launched in 2026. We are a small team building private, reliable business email, and we would rather earn trust by being clear than by making big claims.
Why we built it
Most free email is paid for with attention and data. Inboxes fill with ads and the provider reads your mail to profile you. We wanted the opposite: a straightforward, private inbox for teams and professionals, on their own domain, with no ads and no tracking.
What we believe
- Privacy is the default. Your mail is yours. We do not sell it, scan it for ads, or build a profile from it.
- Say what it does. We describe the product honestly, including what is planned rather than shipped.
- Security is not an add-on. Safe defaults apply to every account at no extra cost.
- Small and focused. A tidy, dependency-light product is easier to trust, run, and improve.
Where we are today
EmailServeres is in early access. Accounts, delivery between accounts, inbox, sent, trash, search, and the security fundamentals are live. Sending to and receiving from other providers, attachments, and account recovery are on the roadmap and clearly marked as planned on the features page. EmailServeres is operated by EmailServeres LLC, a company launched in 2026.
How we are funded
We plan to fund the service through the paid plans on the pricing page, not through advertising. The free early-access plan exists so people can try the product and help shape it.
