This policy explains what EmailServeres collects, why, and the choices you have. It is written to be readable. If anything is unclear, please contact us. EmailServeres is a new service, and we will update this page as the product grows. Material changes will be announced before they take effect.
Who we are
EmailServeres is provided by EmailServeres LLC, a company launched in 2026. For the data described in this policy, EmailServeres LLC acts as the data controller. You can reach us at privacy@emailserveres.com.
The short version
- We do not sell or rent your personal data.
- We do not scan the content of your mail to target ads. There are no ads.
- We collect the minimum needed to run your account and keep it secure.
- You can export or delete your data.
What we collect
Account information
When you create an account we store your email address and a securely hashed version of your password. We never store your password in plain text.
Your mail
To provide the service we store the messages in your mailbox, including sender, recipient, subject, body, timestamps, and read state. This content is used to operate your inbox and is not used for advertising or profiling.
Technical information
Like any web service, our servers process basic technical data needed to deliver pages and keep the service secure and reliable, such as session cookies and, where enabled, standard server logs. We keep this to what is necessary and retain it no longer than needed.
How we use information
- To operate your account and deliver your mail.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and diagnose problems.
- To respond to your requests and support messages.
- To comply with legal obligations that apply to us.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies that are necessary for the service to work, such as your signed session cookie and a token used to protect against cross-site request forgery. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share information only with service providers that help us run EmailServeres (for example hosting), under agreements that require them to protect it, or where the law requires us to.
Security
We protect accounts with salted password hashing, signed and HttpOnly session cookies, protection against cross-site request forgery, output escaping to prevent script injection, and parameterised database queries. No system is perfect, but safe defaults apply to every account. See the features page for detail.
Retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your mailbox data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep limited records to meet legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To make a request, or to close your account, contact us and we will help.
Children
EmailServeres is intended for business and professional use and is not directed at children.
