Terms of service

These terms cover your use of EmailServeres, which is operated by EmailServeres LLC. By creating an account you agree to them. We have kept them plain. EmailServeres is a new service in early access, so some terms reflect that stage and may be updated as the product matures.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password safe. Use a strong, unique password and tell us promptly if you think your account has been accessed without permission. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
Acceptable use
Use EmailServeres lawfully and considerately. You agree not to:
- Send spam, phishing, malware, or other harmful or deceptive content.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent who is sending a message.
- Break the law, infringe others' rights, or violate their privacy.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service or other accounts.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and we may act to protect the service and other users.
Early access and availability
EmailServeres is offered on an as-is basis during early access. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service at this stage, and some features are still in development. We will be clear about what is live and what is planned.
Fees
The service is free during early access. If we introduce paid plans, we will give clear notice and will not charge you without your agreement. Current pricing is on the pricing page.
Your content
Your messages and data belong to you. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and deliver your mail and operate the service for you. We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not use it for advertising.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using EmailServeres and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if we must do so to protect the service or comply with the law. On account closure we handle your data as described in the privacy policy.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent the law allows, EmailServeres is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops. If we make material changes we will post the updated terms here and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
